Is it true that I can get a FREE GIFT?
Yeah, to show our thanks, we’re giving each customer who orders a portriat a matching tabletop frame- it’a token of our appreciation.
Does 10% of my spending go to animal protection?
Yeah, we donate 10% of your total directly to trusted animal protection groups. Your portrait isn’t just art—it’s a lifeline for stray, abandoned, and neglected animals in need​
Do you do all animals?
Yes! We create portraits for unique pets around the world. From cute bunnies to pet birds. Odds are, if it’s an animal, we will create a portrait for you, including humans(pets master).
How is my portrait made?
Our artists will lovingly craft your portrait using a number of different digital techniques to ensure your pet looks at it’s very best. We use professional tools, retouching techniques and photo editing to turn your original photo into a work of art.
Materials wise, we use only the highest quality paper and inks to produce our portraits which is why they look so sharp and vibrant.
Will I get to see my artwork before it is printed?
Absolutely!
We usually aim to send a preview within 5 working days of you placing your order. However this can be longer at busy periods.
How long will my preview take?
You should expect to receive a preview 2-5 working days of your photos being approved by our team, we will send an email to confirm this.
Our Next Day service is 1 working day.
Things that may delay your preview…
1.) If your photos have been rejected and we have requested new ones
2.) Changes to your order, such as size or design
3.) Changes to delivery address
Can I make changes to my preview?
Of course! We are proud to offer unlimited revisions and our team will work with you to make sure your portrait is perfect!
When requesting changes please be as detailed as possible in the changes you wish to be made, this helps our team fully understand what they need to do and cuts back on further delays.
Most changes are completed within 2 working days but extensive changes can take a little longer.
Can you check my photo is suitable before I place my order?
If you’re not sure you have a suitable photo for one of our designs, you can check our handy detailed photo guide which explains exactly what type of photo is needed. A full photo guide is available from the main menu.
If after viewing the guide you are still not sure, you can email your photos to support@lovePetsStudio.com and our team will review and let you know if your photos will work.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?

Do you create pet memorials?
lovePetsStudio is honored to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo out of the (potentially limited) photo choices you have. Please contact us if you have any further questions at support@lovePetsStudio.com.
Can I change my order after its been placed?
1.) We offer unlimited edits to the photo and costume you originally ordered. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be done to the artwork. If you require a substantial change (e.g. new photo or costume/product change) then you have an option to either change the photo OR change the costume only once for an order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet’s artwork, OR would want to change the costume for the third time, our customer support team can send you an invoice of $10 that will cover the creation of the new artwork.
2.) If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.
What makes a good photo?
1.) Photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal.
3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.
Can I return my pet portrait if I'm unhappy with it?
1.) Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Love Pets Studio, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
2.) If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
